Tracy hope your little one is feeling better soon x And thank you, was great
I LOVE MY LOCAL HAIRDRESSERS!!! I used to pay about £25-£30 for a hair cut, today it cost me the grand sum of £10.50. If I want my highlights doing again, it's been a while inc the cut will be £22, I paid £60 last time! I can now stop using the cost as an excuse not to go..
Pleased I made a saving as on the way to his appointment DS2 confessed that yesterday evening when I was out he dropped his bros fave game down the toilet...bother! So sat ebay watching now for a replacement, via quidco of course.
It's really hot here so one washer load on the line and another load in with DS1s new towel (Transformers, he's going to love it) and DS2s motox stuff which he's got oil all over in for a second time. It's actually too hot for me if I dare admit that, I don't like being too hot.
Other stuff barely started, I have several piles of clean/dry laundry dotted around, must gather them up and take them upstairs, unfortunately I will need to do some ironing at some point as some of my summer tops need it, so will have to try and find the iron later.
Bums, DP in the middle of doing his car for it's MOT and one of the nuts is broken so now because of a 95p nut he can't fix it until tomorrow when they can get it in, then of course because they've closed the local dealership we have to go all the way to Sunderland to get one.One day I might be more organised...........

Hiya
Hugs to Jill - hope your first day back was ok.
Hugs to everyone who needs them.
I've done today's list. I've got laser treatment on my wrist at 2 so i'll walk round there in a bit. I've also walked the dog, done an hour and a half studying with a friend, wm x2, hung washing in garden....it's lovely weather here.
I'm child free until 6 as both children are going to various friends for tea. Yeahhhh! I'm going to go through 25 years worth of photographs and get them down to one album full. Should be fun.
Hope you're all enjoying the sun and don't forget that factor 3000 xx0 -

I'M HAVING A DAY OFF FROM FLYING!!!!!!!
Sorry - thought I'd announce that to everyone. Its my birthday today so I think I deserve it. Also I already did the kitchen yesterday so its a guilt-free day off too!
Had a few busy days so not been around much - tried to keep up with the thread so read bits here and there.
Nicki - sorry to see you go for a bit but you have to do what you feel is right for you and that gorgeous little girl of yours! Hopefully we'll be hearing from you before too long.
Tracy - Hope your little one is ok. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a bug-free week.
Jill - Sorry not had chance to read the thread fully, but I gather your back at work. Hope it goes ok - I know its not easy when you're used to being at home. Tried to PM you last week but your mailbox was full.
Have to have a couple of intensive flying days on Wednesday and Thursday as we're off to London for the weekend on Friday lunchtime!!!! YAY!!!! Really looking forward to it.
Got my mum and MIL round for a BBQ later so hopefully it'll stay nice and sunny. See you all later.0
