Sharon - thanks for the Wilkinsons tip. I'll try Cwmbran first as it's easier (I know where it is. :rotfl:) How's your DD?
    )

Not too bad actually. She was worried about getting on the bus Friday. The girsl weren't there the first day after. Nothing new there they always take time off after an incident. Apparently they got picked up after school by their mother. I spoke to the head of year and there has been another complaint about her so she said there will now be serious sanction and they are trying to get her removed from the school bus. I don't know what they mean by serious sanctions and she wouldn't elaborate. I also rang the police but the WPC who was supposed to go round there was on rest days and isn't back on shift until today so hopefully she will go round there tonight. Thank you for asking.

Morning everyone! It's a beautiful day here today! Too bad I'm stuck in the office sorting out end of year.... :(

soappie - Buster is up and running my end.

    My list for today:
The Kitchen of Grot - Twinkling Tuesday
    Level One
Clear and Wipe work surfaces & table
wipe the fronts of the cupboards and big appliances
    Level Two
Wipe appliances and put them back in their homes
Clean any windows that need it
Scrub the inside of the medicine cupboard/first aid tin and chuck out anything you no longer need!! .. Make a list of what you need to restock.
    Level Three
    Sweep and mop the floor
Clean the hob.. and the oven if it needs it!
    HHI

    My Extras:
Send off payment for Window Cleaner (finally)
    Post Lakeland order
    Call Comet about the fridge!!!
    Clear out another junk drawer

That should do it for today. If I don't call Comet about my fridge - my 1 year warranty will be over! Should I get an extended 3 year warranty on my fridge freezer? Anyone know whether it's worth it? Thanks!

Hope everyone has a good day! Ash xx

BargainBird 6 items, 5 with wtachers, 1 with a bid and 1 with nothing. Ends Thursaday so we should see some more action soonish :D

Liz, my house is minging right now. I'm lazy and DS2 is going through an 'experiment with poo' phase

    welcome back Nickysnackynoo

Well done Vanilla, you were brave! Hope the mouth feels better today.

Dusty the bench is lovely, you could round off the corners and then it would look like a fairy meeting platform. I would be strange enough to do that and put glitter on it...

JillD (((hugs))) Have you thought about part time work? Or dropping one full day? I went part time after DS2 was diagnosed with 'some degree of brain damage' and it worked great for us. My friend dropped a Tuesday so she could spend that full day with her DD.

Flavoured water - I know this is kind of obscure but go with it for a moment. My kids, as I expect most schools do now, are allowed a bottle with them in lessons but they are only allowed water not squash. My lot don't like plain tap water so I have been giving them flavoured water which works out quite expensive. Anyone know if there is such a thing as a non coloured squash that I could use to flavour the water please?
