Depends what you mean by old I suppose.
But if they had any sense they would realise that the cardboard has probably got more flavour and much less additives and grease.!Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?

Not everyone is out to make the biggest noise or cause the msot trouble they can, some people are actually just happy to get a situation sorted without bringing various authorities into it and turning it into an incident.mute_posting wrote: »How do you know? - Do you know where the bit of cardboard in question had been previous to it adulterating the burger?
Just to be safe shall we complain about all burgers, in fact all foodstuffs of any description, cardboard infested or not? As surely one never knows where the food that is merely placed in front of you has come from.Bought, not Brought0 -
my stomach has complained on the couple of occasions I have been foolish enough to try and digest these horrible things.

i have complained twice about our local burger king,
first time was to moan about the price of the kids meals, big advert on telly saying that they were £1.99 but is the shop they were £2.49, was told that it was because they were a franchise and could charge whatever they wanted. 2 weeks later i got 10 free kids meal vouchers,
second time i complained that you never got the correct kids toy, you always got a small stuffed fish, this time i got 4 free meal vouchers and a complete set of simpsons toys.
the phone number used to be on the wall in the shop but has now gone, perhaps they had too many complaints.WWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -

Just out of interest, are your kids overweight?0 -
uktim i think she maybe means burger kings contact number was on the wall but has now been taken down because they have had too many people ringing it to complain. :-PMoney Saved for a house deposit so far = July 2008 £3331.09, August £4396.40, September £5,048.37 (Target = £9,000 by July 2009) 56% there already!:j

The difference is we assume that the "meat" salad and bread should be in the burger, the cardboard OP mentions shouldn't be. So no, I don't think we should complain about all food simply because we havn't seen it being made.I have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.
