New house purchase problems, 2 radiators not working

    If the boiler was underpowered then all that would happen is that the radiators would not get as hot as they should... but they would still get warm.

    If they are not getting warm at all, first check if they are turned off. Radiators usually have valves both ends - one end may have a smaller valve with a cap and you will need a spanner to adjust it once you have taken the cap off.

    Then try bleeding them.

    It that all fails check if there is any valve in the pipework leading to them. It may be that there is in a conservatory just to isolate the system in case of frost damage.

    If all that fails you need to get a competent plumber in.

    Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.

    Get a plumber and then if needs be a solicitor.

    Caveat emptor usually applies though so think hard before spending a load of cash on a legal case that could better be spent on plumbers.
