    I have had some money in there for a few mths. Today I go to transfer some out and "technical difficulties" mean I can't. "Try again in a couple of hours, I am sure it will be solved"

    Makes me nervous and I will be closing the account

    Send them an email from within the site and ask them to do the transfer for you.
