Kicking doesn't involve picking it up:D ?!!! I'd kick it and run!!!! Can't stand the things! In our first house we had a pond..and frogs! Made my husband throw them over next doors fence while she was at work. :o Sounds awful but they kept jumping on my foot while I was trying to mow the lawn - I ended up in tears hiding in the garage! Good Luck to you!!!!

bizaar this sounds like my thoughts.........anyway let the toad jump in the box....pop box into oven on gas mark 9 for 10 mins, and reduce to gas mark 6 for a further 10 mins.....................perfect toad in the hole!!!!!

how to remove a frog without touching it : use your best friend - Mr Hoover. Suck it onto the end of the hoover nossle. Open back door, walk down garden, turn hoover off, drop kick frog over garden wall.
  • A relative has a swimming pool which toads and frogs think is safe but unfortunately they pass out, don't know if it's the heat or the chlorine but anyway the last time John rescued one from the bottom he took it to the shower to give it a cold shower.

Unfortunately he forgot about it and it was no longer in the shower when he returned to use the loo.

While he was in full flow he looked down to find a rather startled frog looking up at him. It promptly leapt straight out of the loo right at him, rather putting him off his stride.

Hey! Don't be mean to toads! :naughty:

Get a box with a lid, and use the lid to gently usher it into the box. Put the lid on. Then take it out into the garden and put it somewhere nice and shady, with some long grass if you've got some, so it can hide from nasty vicious cats.

Don't worry about it jumping - if it's a toad it will walk. If it jumps, it's a frog!

I'll pop round and do it for you if you like.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.
  • he he my cat moved into my mums house a few months back. now she lives up a flight of outdoor steps and along a balcony. she has been wakened several nights by the cat who apparantly gets the frogs in her mouth carries them upstais to the flat and stalks them all night. its so funny when my mum phones up all freaked out by the frog stuck behind her fridge at 3am with the cat guarding it and pouncing around !!!
