Rex you are so right. Here, whilst in certain areas there are facilities for young people - others have seen everything axed and consequently teens are hanging around shops etc. Some skateboard round the carpark and out onto the road. They are basically harmless, but intimidating to lone people as they are a group, and dangerous to all with their tricks! When my son was about 13 he attended a holiday athletics course which was brilliant. Next holiday he was banned because we don't live in an area of deprivation. That left a huge cohort of teen boys looking for entertainment. All down to cost no doubt.

Its the same round here, they will hang around outside morrisons(thought they could think of somewhere better to hang outside)
