Afternoon girlies,
Yay – won the Alton Towers tickets on ebay for £10.50. Somebody was selling The Sun tickets they got by saving up tokens, bit cheeky selling them seeing as they were free, but I’m a happy bunny as got two tickets for £10.50, instead of paying £35 each for two tickets. Thank you again Amy for your offer this morning.
Are you asleep under your desk yet Amy???

Hiya Hayley
Ooooooo well done on the tickets, thats a fantastic price  :j
I never thought of looking on ebay for tickets to theme parks. Will remember next time. I want to go to Alton Towers for my birthday next year, and stay in the hotel.
Very nearly asleep. Im on a sugar rush at the mo, about to crash and burn soon! But I have done all of my work so im dead chuffed with myself. :T

We thought about staying in the Alton Towers hotel, but then i realised its not very DFW to be paying out to stay in the hotel when we could stay in a Premier Inn for around £40
, if it was for a special occiasion then fair do's, but decided i must stop forking out for things i don't really need when I have a holiday to Vegas coming up soon :j
It must be nearly home time soon for you Amy? i remember i always used to worry about falling asleep on the train and ending up in Ashford  , thats only ever happened once, but it was on a tube and i ended up in North London being woken up near the depot by a man cleaning the train  so glad i'm not 21 anymore!!!!!0 -
Oooo good on you for being DFW  Im desperate to go on holiday. I have only ever been to Ireland, and thats because my mum lives there  I want to go somewhere hot and fun, I bet Las Vegas will be so cool.
I have an hour to go until i get to leave, and then I have to clean the flat when i get in, and then i can relax, so probably about 9pmish
I always sleep on the train home, i generally wake up around Dartford which is about 10 mins from home, so thats not too bad.

Jen, TNS is another survey site, but it pays in nectar points. I think when they finish playing about with it soon you'll be able to get amazon ones as well. Those tickets were a bargain Hayley!
I sold three £10 necklaces yesterday so I've just come back from posting them, I got an email from the auditing job I applied for telling me I'm through to the next stage. Have to do some internet tests now...seems a bit scary but the practice ones look okay. I'm going to do them tomorrow to give me a bit of time to prepare. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £181,991.57Overpayments since 27.03.19: £59,482.47Moving fund so far £4500 - Premium bonds £4,0000 -
I love Vegas, I have been twice before, in total been to America 7 times. My best mate lives in NYC so that helps when I want a cheapish holiday. I've just worked out how I have debt; I have been to 18 different places in the world
I hope you enjoy your relaxing time with your cats later then. A nice cuddle on the sofa whilst watching a dvd, the best way to spend an evening i say
fingers crossed my new blu-ray dvd has come today, so i can also have an evening infront of the box snuggled up with the OH :j however, give me a cat any day to snuggle up too!!!!
I guess your body gets used to where to wake up, which is good as means you get to have a nap! I'm guessing the train you get is a slow train then and not a fast train? by that i mean your train stops at literally every stop possible :rotfl:

Thank you, im looking forward to this weekend, a nice chilled one me thinks. I love cuddling up with the cats. Dylan in particular gives me cuddles every evening. He is soooo big though. He kept falling off my lap the other night because i had some silky type PJs on, he kept grumbling every time he did, so eventually i went and got a towel
Fingers crossed for your DVD Hayley!
You are spot on about the train, it takes ages! Its a complete pain in the butt! :rolleyes:Debt: just my mortgage
