    Evening Everyone :hello:

Well im knackered tonight. I got in and did all my cleaning, spoke to my mum for a bit and now im about to have a bath and chill.

I have been having a think about the house buying etc. and i think i will be leaving it until 2010. The main reason is that my CCJ will come off my record in March 2010 and that would mean a lot higher chance of getting a mortgage with a lower interest rate. The other reasons are that I will be debt free by the end of this year in the sense that I dont have to pay interest, but then i still owe my mum £4750. By the time i pay that off and save up the minimum £3.5K for fees etc. it will be around October/November time anyway.

So if i wait an extra couple of months I can then save a bit more, have the extra as a back up in case anything unexpected comes along, or i want to buy any new bits and pieces (most definitely a hoover and sofa! :rotfl: ).

Its not ideal, i want to move out ASAP, but its only another 20/21 months to go!!!!! :D

    0x
    Debt: just my mortgage :D

I think wedding jewellery will always sell better during the summer months, but you've been doing so well recently that even if you spread it out through the year you'll still have done well. I love second chance offers but it seems like the stupid new ebay search hasn't been helping a lot of sellers recently so a lot of items are selling at their start price :(.

Oh thanks MM, havent had a chance to look really, being attacked by a furball who wants cuddles! ;)

I actually phoned up O2 earlier and lied a little bit, and they are sending me a replacement one tomorrow. Fingers crossed they dont find out Dylan tried to drown it! :D

I feel a bit better now i dont feel i will be struggling to reach 2009 as my date for everything. My mum even said that if i want to pay her 1/2 and put 1/2 away for my savings in case i need it etc. she is happy for me to do that.

All in all i think its more sensible to do it this way, just means another 2 years living in this box with the 2 mental furballs! :rotfl:

yeah I'm def happy with how its been going seeing I've only been doing it a year. Just impatient to be debtfree. Might have a days overtime next month which will cover my extra £30 for July . Ah hang on its more than £30 coz i still need £30 for June extra which I dont have (already counted all jewellery sales etc ) so need £36 extra per month July - november. Right you lot dont let me spend any money!!

    That's a shame, I'm sure she'd look after them very well ;).

I've been looking at jobs, I think I'm going to apply to become a trainee air traffic controller... is that crazy? It seems a bit....odd. I have no direction at all but I can't say I ever pictured myself doing that. Oh, also, I uploaded my CV to monster through quidco and it tracked as £2.50 instead of £2!
