Morning All :hello:
Im in a foul mood this morning. Lack of sleep last night (storm kept waking me) and yesterday evening Dylan (one of my cats - the cheeky one) knocked my new mobile into my bath... So there goes that phone and no i havent go insurance, i never do with mobiles and have never needed it.
And got into work to an email from an ebay member ranting and raving about an item i sold saying the picture isnt right and that in the picture it has an item in the box and thats not included (which was stated in the listing if they had read it properly!). The thing is I have sold about 10 of this item over the past couple of months and no-one has complained, and they got it for £1 when its retail is £5! I sent back a nice reply, god knows what they will come back with.
Anyhoo... enough of my moaning, best get stuck into work.
Hope you all have good days.

(((hugs))) Amy, Can't you claim on contents insurance for your phone? If not. My daughter was drenched the other week (when I say drenched I mean a young lad cornered her and hosed her down-as a joke!!!)and her phone got really wet. We took it apart and dried it and with the hairdryer. I made her leave it for a couple of weeks and it won't charge or switch on. So she swapped her phone battery with the one her friend has in his phone and it works perfectly-so we just need to get her a new battery-just make sure it's thoroughly dried out. We dried it with the hairdryer and placed a towel on the radiator and put the phone on top of the towel-so it wouldn't melt the phone. hth.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Thanks Cath. It wouldnt be worth claiming on contents insurance to be honest. I will leave it and see what happens in the future. Just my luck! Makes me think i didnt deserve that treat!
Oh well... onwards and upwards.

Ah no, that's a bit of a pain about your phone Amy. I feel like I'm on a bit of a roll this morning, I've already had three sales, an e-cheque clear and I had a couple of sales last night, so I have £47 in my paypal account now when I had nothing yesterday! I'm pretty happy today
. Yesterday I also had 12000 points added to my toluna account (can't actually remember doing a survey for that many points, but I guess I must have) which pushed m eover the voucher limit so I've got a £12 HMV voucher coming too
