) but indeed it is a holiday in Scotland. Scotland in fact had the holiday before you guys in the deep south, who have only had it for 30 years this year.
I think the complaint was that noone up here was having a "bonk" holiday...:DMortgage OP 2026 £450/2000

Hi all
Well my so called no spending didnt happen. things came up but i havent gone over budget for the month so thats good. Helped a friend move into new pad today, get home to find mum says she putting rent up 40 pounds a month! So ive got to really be careful now. works out with all im paying 400 pounds + a month at home now rent. Cheap i know but for a little bit more i could be renting outside so going to try get me a keyworker rental whent he right location comes up.
Im feeling a little deflated as another mate has got a key worker rental place, will be helping her move in couple weeks. Just feeling rotten and jelous in a way. Im so going to have to watch the spending. Any suggestions ppl where i might not have tried.....here's me......shift worker, do lots of nights, 10k student loan debt still paying, doing uni course part time...need to save!! reduce things!
Anyone similar out there? I rarely go out, spend time reading, lots of cash goes on travel, london lul and trains.
