Three Valleys Water Sorted out my Water Bill - After 2yrs!!!

I thought my water bill was at £7k last count but it turns out it was at £21k including sewerage charges. I've lost count of the letters and phone calls I've sent and made to these clowns during the course of the last two years trying to sort this problem.
Yet miraculously, and big it up to Katie at the folkestone office here, someone managed to sort this problem out over the phone in 48hrs this week!!!
My water bill for June 06 - April 08 now stands at just £258 thanks to accurate metre readings having finally been taken in Feb two weeks apart (six months after the leak was fixed). This is less £160 that I previously paid when I demanded a sensible bill in 06 lol.
It's just such a weight off my mind, especially to have received a reasonable water bill at the end of it all given that I am in fact quite careful not to waste water. As soon as I find out about insurance protection I'm definetely going on a meter at my new place now.
Just wanted to share! Maybe it'll give hope to others with massive water bills due to leaks too.
