Lidl's fruit & Veg?

Last Saturday I went to Lidl and the fruit and veg was all half price.
Can anyone tell me if this offer is still on ? Found a website but it was for the larger items and not very comprhensive guide to what they actually sell.
Help please! I was going to pop up there today, but don't want to waste a journey.

Some items are half price but not everything. I don't know if it varies locally.

It depends what day they get the new stuff in surely? My place delivers on a Thursday morning, so i guess Wednesday might be the reduction day?

Lidl do deals on fruit and veg on an irregular basis. Sometimes all fruit and veg are half price, other times its only selected items. When they run a fruit and veg promotion they usually have banners or large posters in the window.

Always on at ours, but sometimes beware the fruit at the bottom of the punets can be a bit off.

Went into the one in Preston a couple of hours ago and it was all half price then!:D

Watch the quality on all the fruit and veg at Lidl.

You no sooner get it home than it starts to go mouldy or rotten. It's OK if you are eating it that night, but don't try and keep it too long.

They had pears at 59p box last week. They were green and hard but when they ripened after 2/3days they were were really sweet and juicy.

tesco have half price value fruit at the moment.....tesco value citrus labelled at 44p for 7 large easy peel large tangerines..daughter ate two in a row saying they were so sweet..also got good size pack of value pears...good size and quality...was quite impressed for the price...speaking to the manager today and he informed me that tesco has just recently spent x amount of large money in price cuts....other than the fruit i didnt see any other amazing offers though!

I think they have packs of peppers, carrots and something I can't remember this week - somtimes they advertise in the newspapers. They have a website www.lidl.co.uk

It lists all the specials and everything!
