Beware though that, although not rocket science, it does take some getting your head around so be sure to read the stickies over and over and ask any questions in the questions thread before diving in if you do decide to do it. Done properly it could be a nice money maker, but it is possible to lose money if you attempt it without properly grasping what is going on.
Also worth looking at Donglemouse's diary to see the kind of profits he's made!
I had a quick scout around about this one but I'm afraid it might be beyond me. I will do some more research on it though before I dismiss.
Thanks

Thanks.
I sent back my application and test answers yesterday.
Everyone keep their fingers (and toes) crossed for me please as I feel this job would be perfect for me.

very best of luck to you, let us know how you get on! My computer couldn't open the test questions, so looks like it's not up to spec. I would love to do this myself but am not keen on them contacting my employers for a reference as I wouldnt really want them to know.whouston10 wrote: »I sent back my application and test answers yesterday.

Thanks for your support Typhoon.
If you can't open the questions it must be because you don't have Excel on your computer. From reading through some of the threads on here I see that
you can use OpenOffice (a free download) in place of Excel.

Also a lot of people are saying that they don't appear to contact your referees. But if you are still worried I would just put in the details of 2 people who could give you character references.
I'm still waiting on result and keep checking my email every nano second.

Have you thought about Registered Childminding? Depends on your situation, how many children you have yourself and whether you think you would enjoy minding other peoples children. It's possible to make a decent living if you put in the effort and get a good reputation for the work you put in. If you want anymore info just let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.0

Hi, thanks for your comment. I have considered doing childminding but with weighing up the pros and cons and taking into consideration that I do work full-time I decided it wasn't the right thing for me. I need to be able to work in evenings and not be committed to set hours.

O Dear. I got a big fat no! Really disappointed as I really wanted to do the AQA. Don't know where I went wrong really.
Do I have to wait 6 months before I try again?
