I nominate Weezl's OS vs USDA thread - loads of great ideas, sound nutritional advice, all on a teeny tiny budget - I would have sworn it couldn't be done but Weezl has happily proved me wrong! (Also the grace, good humour and OS spirit of friendship in that thread gives me the warm fuzzies.)
