Just in case it helps anyone else with a paypal dispute I have just used the paypal system to upload files and additional information regarding my items. I didn't really realise it was possible to add further information once paypal had taken this under review as a chargeback. It might be useful to know this in future.
As I mentioned earlier this is a strange situation as buyer has made other claims and statements about me and my business so being able to upload some of my business information to dispute those claims within paypal has been quite useful. Whether it will help my case or not I do not know, but I am able to specifically refute part of her claims.
