I applied for my egg money cardonline through my egg online account about a week ago, i havent heard anything yet?

As mentioned earlier in the thread, it can take 7-10 working days, and possibly longer as it's a new card.

If you're concerned give them a call.

So was mine.....problem is only half my surname was on it because I was told on the phone it was too long lol!!, card cancelled, have to wait another week for a new card with my full surname on it
