Thanks for the congrats :beer: it did feel good, we have paid off £2,400 in total this month with the other credit card and 2 loans, and am sub 20k for the first time since records began
You guys keep me going!! And you stopped me from buying glastonbury tickets today without even knowing it. :A

Just thought of another thing that I do that saves me money and is also good for the environment.

I charge my mobile at work, but I use the USB charge from my monitor. The only time I actually use my phone charger now is when I go on holiday.

I do use the USB charge function at home but that’s because I'm synchronising my diary on my phone to my outlook on my PC.

Today I have:

Washed on 30 degrees
Hung washing out on line (got wet, got dry, got wet, dry again now)
Turned off lots of lights, TV etc
Walked to town to pay bills
Bought NO SWEETS - aren't I good!!:A

I charge my phone in the car when I am driving.

Good grief, I may be addicted to Boots bargain hunting:eek:

I have just spent 40 mins in a small boots bargain hunting lol. Got some freebies, inc something that was mispriced, and my points balance has gone up to 1587 :T

Today I am going to:

Go through clothes in bedroom and get pile ready to wash on low wash, and line dry for the boot fair on sun.
Go through the other bits in bedroom for boot fair.
watch our film from lovefilm on our 3 months free membership.
pop to waitrose to see what is reduced for dinner tonight.
sort out my bills and bill out the old ones.
Priortise which bills need paying first.
try on my bargin £10 dress for cousins wedding and work out where it needs taking in.
make two homemade birthday cards for birthdays next week.

I am so happy its friday and a long weekend.

Today i will/have.

Took lunch into work.
-checked online banking.
-sent away for freebies.
-paid two cheques into bank account.
-done suveys.
-will do some comps later.
-Dh has just me a chinese.
