Best deals for GPRS (on Orange) ?

Hi all.
My contract with Orange is drawing to a close. At the moment I have 240Xnet mins, 120 texts, 10 photo messages and 5Mb GPRS. I pay about £28 per month for this. I understand that if I upgrade my minutes will go down to 120Xnet mins after 6 months
I want to upgrade to an Orange SPV C550 and get more than 5Mb GPRS. I could cope with a little less minutes (maybe like 200 or something) and I really don't need any photo messages.
Do anyone know any decent deals that Orange retentions might be doing at the mo that would help here? It's really difficult looking at the other networks for comparible deals as none of them really mention GPRS and I really would like this for downloading my emails.
Hope someone can help!

I suppose the lack of responces on this thread proves my hunch right that it is very difficult to do price comparisons on GPRS for mobile tariffs. I'll just have to phone Orange retentions tomorrow when my contact runs out and see what they can offer me. But if anyone does have any ideas then please let me know!Moneysaving since 2004!0

GPRS seems to be a problem for a lot of providers at the moment - i'm currently trying to negotiate a deal with o2 on that front (they changed my tariff recently to apply a discount and in doing so cancelled my free 400 minutes of WAP access...somehow I don't feel that 1mb of GPRS is comparable despite being repeatedly told by CS that it's loads and I won't use all that in a month). Depending on who you talk to and where you look there are a multitude of different options:
5mb GPRS bolt on - £4pm (web and retentions dept)
5mb GPRS bolt on - £8pm then £1 per MB over that - o2 shop
"we don't do any GPRS bundles" - CS
"we don't have any pricing for exceeding the 1mb free allowance other than it's about 2p a page" - CS
I'm currently waiting for a call back from a guy in the complaints dept who I asked to clarify this whole thing for me...
you might want to look at Vodafone - apparently anyone can sign up for their business tariffs and they do an interesting deal whereby you get data and texts and any unused texts are changed into GPRS allowance - not seen anything like that before but it may be a way of you getting extra usage?"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." (Mark Twain)0
