holiday complaint - should i?

loops, I would be seriously cheesed off too. I would have been furious at the time and I would have done my utmost to complain loudly.
However I do think bylromarha makes a really good point about the company's perspective. It might be difficult to get them to treat your complaint seriously now.
I also think sooler has a point.......how much time and energy are you going to expend on this? Although the glass was certainly an issue, there's no mileage in saying 'what if'. The fact is that you saw it and dealt with it, no-one was hurt. The other things spoilt your holiday but are they worth your time now?
Don't get me wrong, I do actually sympathise with you, it's just that personally I feel like it wouldn't be worth giving more of my time to.
I would make sure I didn't use the company again though.
Good luck if you do decide to take it further. Fingers crossed for you.Herman - MP for all!0 -
