Put them in your eyes. Oh for goodness sake, some people ...

Sorry I wasn't abou last night guys. Obviously you can't do without me.
Had a weird day at work. I was the only one in the office and I had to keep going to the kitche and throwing cold water on my face. Think I actually closed my eyes and snored at one point. Got home, sat on the floor in the living room with the laptop and put a Smallville DVD on (my daughter got me into it - he's a wimp), hit connect on the modem ... next thing it was 10.30 I was frozen and stiff so I hauled myself on to the sofa and slept until 7.30.

Things to do today: Finish OU assignment (read two textbooks, analyse a text in detail, rip it to bits in academic jargon, rewrite it, explain how ... due in Wednesday.
Clean, hoover, do this week's washing up (kidding) (say ten days' worth), change the beds (I prefer Gillian's) (keep up)
Pack about 23 items I sold on eBay last week and polish the wheelbarrow ready to go to the P.O. (take pig out first)
Prepare 'F*** you, you can shove your stinking job where no man has been desperate/stupid/unfortunate enough to go for years' statement for disciplinary meeting on Thursday. Prepare request to have disciplinary meeting postponed.
Write to Barkingcard et al. (refer to previous and substitute card/account/head for job).
See if GF (I'm learning) has taken head out of sand/!!!!/toilet and prepared to support/help/leave - I'll keep that for another day maybe - prioritise.
Any of you ladies over 5'9", red/auburn hair / interested in unusual / extraterrestrial events, cos I feel a shout of next! building up. I don't have a lot of food in the house but I do have a number of stakes on the front lawn. (pause while someone googles Vlad the Impaler)
After Thursday my to do list is:
Wait for money/apologies/offers to roll in
Get signed off work with stress :j  :D:D:D

Ever had a chicken Tarka, it's like a chicken Tikka but it's a little otter.:rotfl:

Seize u later. I will be up and at it most of the night prob. But if you lot make me spend my study/revenge/packing/sleeping time talking garbage on here I'll be cross.
Oh, I perfected the machine: It's a laptop, it folds, it's portable. That was easy, adding a Scully was easy too. Making her come out from behind the screen is giving me some headaches. I've tried tempting her with very very small sums of money, marmite, offers of constant passionate devotion, and a magnetic collar for the cat flap (she's only nine inches tall).:p :D

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
