What did unWelcome do to you? I'm after them for mis-selling the ppi - if you call being locked in an interview room while your passport is held behind a bullet-proof screen and a teenage boy who can't even spell 'interest' says that if you don't take the ppi the interest will go up to cover exactly the same amount, meanwhile they copy the details of all the people you want to consolidate, then they track down everyone you ever owed a peny to and send them to your door. Two weeks after I got the loan I had a demand for £450 from an old bank account (7 years old) that had been £1.75 overdrawn when I stopped using it - I'd moved three times since. When I explained the 6 year statute of limitations to them they'd never heard of it.
Sorry, all you guys are way ahead of me in sorting things out, didn't want to bring you down.

Right Vlad, you can stop that right now with thinking you are bringing us down. OK. thats why we are here. To all support and help each other. Mine is to do with car finance and payments i have made and can prove i payed, Direct debit each month, but they have not credited my account with said payments. I have had a right royal battle with them, And i will not give in. No bloody way.

Hey Vlad, dont ever be sorry, we all pop in here to have a moan, a chat, a laugh anything.............we are all here for one another to try and help each other, that was the reason our lovely smashed started the nightowls thread, for all us "nocturnal persons" to have somewhere to hang out with each other and lend a hand if any one needs it!!
