The debt isnt for me, but say it were, it is a criminal offence for a debt collection company to contact you on a Sunday at all or anytime after 9pm in the evening - I may have to get a solicitor to write to them and strongly advise them to cease there current conduct

Just sent "3" a E-mail stating anymore calls then I will look into taking this to court
