my eldest (DD1) is 13 - I was hoping by 18 things may have improved - may decidde to leave the floors for another decade :j .

Night night evry1 - final wash of the day is now in the dryer and I am off to bed - may not be around much as I have week from hell - slog slog slog

If the claimant did issue a warrant against you you would first receive a letter from the court giving you 8 days to pay before the bailiffs will visit. You can make applications to suspend warrants so even if it ever got this far dont worry yourself too much. As others have said get a copy of your credit file and find out exactly what is going on with yur judgment.

By the way the county court bailiffs are big softies really but sssh dont tell them I told you! x

My mum refused to go in my room when I was living there - I used to have to stand in the doorway and dive onto my bed. I have a horrible habit of changing my outfit and just dumping clothes on the floor - I think I should have been a bloke! x

Right this thread is moving fast again, Just caught up with you again. I will tell you now. Lowels have about as many rights as a chocolate fireguard. They are NOT bailiffs. Do not let them tell you otherwise. And dont let them bully you. OK

Just ask to see pictures of their grandkids or tempt them with sweets and you'll be friends for life. Judges are easily bribed with sweets as well - if I ever need them to look at anything (workwise I mean!) I always take some food with me! x

My son is bad enough now at 3 - he pulls all the clothes out of his drawers and thinks its great fun - bet thats something he wont grow out of! x
