morning all!!!!!!!!!!!, new to this as was jusy looking for advice earlier, still reading threads to find out info. if you dont mind me asking on this thread .......what does "leave of court mean"?
its ref to a debt that has a ccj, but from couple of years ago, new dca has bought the balance of debt, does this mean they have to re apply to the court to have ccj rights enforced, ie bailliffs?
    thanks for reading

I loved my virtual cake last night - but the real one this afternoon was more satisfying, as was seeing all of the floor in all 4 of my childrens bedrooms. first time that's happened this millenium
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long

hi piglet, was just reading another thread, the advice to someone else was that new dca would have to take leave of copurt to enforce older ccj, just wondered what that meant exactly

Hi Piglet - yes - floors are sort of brown and dusty with stains whose provenance is best left uninvestigated before the watershed

    Hi Michael

I am just doing some googling for you but my internet connection is being rubbish so it might take a while... (I thin I have found a useful consumer action group page but as I can't see what it actually says I have no idea yet.

Usually 'leave of court' allows someone to do something (eg 'leave to appeal' is granted by a court and means that a case can go forward to appeal)

Hi Michael - I would ask the question in the relevant section - we may be up and about, but all the experts are prob sensibly asleep. I would try and post first thing inthe morning I've seen a lot of questions answered almost by return !!
