A good starting point - if you already have one - is Barclaycard's offer to existing customers of 6.9% LOB - with no fee. [It's always important to BT to a Barclaycard with no balance on the account - for obvious reasons - of course!].....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
