Ok, ive been with BT-Yahoo for just under 2 years and i have had no problems with them really over this period of time but i am being charged £27-28 a month and the download cap will come into play soon so im looking at changing.
Found this company called V21
http://www.v21.co.uk
£9.99 for upto 2meg connection with 2GB cap. - i dont download much but i would need more than 2GB, maybe 15GB+
Next offer is 512k unlimited download for £14.99
But for the sake of £3 extra a month you can get 1meg unlimited download for £17.99.
I am on a 2 meg connection with bt and dont really need it, 1 meg will be fine. Can i downgrade to 1 meg from 2? if so im really tempted to sign upto the 1 meg and save £120 a year.
Anyone with v21?

how about tiscali? 2meg for £17.99 unlimited?
bear in mind that the 'unlimited' is based on a fair use policy. and try to do a search on their customer service you will find they are hard to leave. but one tip: when they give you all bull**** about you can not cancel. then just get a download manager and keep download 24/7 for about 3 days, the next thing you will get is a letter saying you have breached their T&Cs so they will force you out of the contract!0 -
Avoid Tiscali at all costs. Nightmare to deal with if it ever goes wrong.illegitimi non carborundum0

i've been with V21 since it started 2001 (before it even started doing broadband) and they have been fine and competitive. The only slight problem is that when contacting them by their customer ticket thing, they take pretty long to reply, like a few days.
If you got any questions about them i will gladly anwser them0 -
as i have mentioned: i know tiscali can be bad... but i did give a way out on this one! download is the key. hit them hard by keep downloading and you will get away in no time!0
