Swapping Pay Monthly Phone after 2 hours? Any Help?

Hi, got the Samsung G800 phone today free on the flext 30 price plan for 12 months contract. Thought I liked it in store (although I wasn't able to see the actual phone working) and have now got home (2 hours after buying it) and really really don't like it at all!!

I have only turned it on once (they opened the box instore) and have not called or sent any texts with it and all the stickers and such are still on it.

All I want to do is swap this phone for the LG Viewty (and don't mind paying the extra cost for the handset) tomorrow. Will T-Mobile let me do this if I explain how unhappy I am with it as it was not what I was expecting?

Any help would be fantastic as the t-mobile customer services shut 15 minutes ago!

I do not see a problem with Exchange, but you are not entitled to an exchange if you have just changed your mind.

As long as it is exactly as taken without any use they should change no problem. Go back to the store tomorrow Am before panicking and calling Customer services.

you have a 7 day cooling off period anyway with them i rang them yesterday asking the same thing
