Discontinued mobile tariffs

Its almost impossible to get written confirmation of these payg/contract tariffs from the networks as they are discontinued and in the consumers favour, is there a resource anyone knows online or elseplace?

And if not should we compile one here similar to the international sim cards thread?


I asked o2 for info on my old payg "speak and surf" tariff and I was told by o2 complaints ( as refusal from o2 customer care ) they did not have to disclose this info, and I should refer to the leaflets that came with my handset ( from 2000!, like I have it lying around after 5 yrs !!! ) is this legal?
