A&L ISA - how long to transfer old funds ?

I am transfering my previous years ISA to A&L, the form was sent a couple of weeks ago but still no sign that the process has started ... shall I be worried ?

There are also no contact options in Internet Banking system, what is the easiest way to speak to them ?

See A&L Contact Us - Direct ISA: 08703 333 444 (Say No to 0870 gives alternative freephone/0845 numbers).

From memory, it took a month or more when I transferred to A & L's Direct ISA in February - not even a busy time of the tax year. In fact, I believe that I transferred it out again (to a 6.5% FRISA) before it even showed up on A & L's internet banking.

Count yourself lucky, you only had to wait a week for your form to be processed. Mine took over 3 weeks.

There is currently just under a 3 week delay from receipt of cheque as reported here:

So give it another 2 weeks before contacting A&L again. Good luck!
