I am transfering my previous years ISA to A&L, the form was sent a couple of weeks ago but still no sign that the process has started ... shall I be worried ?
There are also no contact options in Internet Banking system, what is the easiest way to speak to them ?

See A&L Contact Us - Direct ISA: 08703 333 444 (Say No to 0870 gives alternative freephone/0845 numbers).0 -
Update: Money left my old ISA account more than a week ago, but not arrived to A&L ISA account yet ..should I be worried ? They promised to calculate interest from the day when the transfer was initiated though ...All my life my mother told me the storm was coming (c) Terminator 30

From memory, it took a month or more when I transferred to A & L's Direct ISA in February - not even a busy time of the tax year. In fact, I believe that I transferred it out again (to a 6.5% FRISA) before it even showed up on A & L's internet banking.0

Count yourself lucky, you only had to wait a week for your form to be processed. Mine took over 3 weeks.
There is currently just under a 3 week delay from receipt of cheque as reported here:

So give it another 2 weeks before contacting A&L again. Good luck!0
