Sorry i had my down day the other day and they are always followed by silly days:D / I have had the pram removed but they left the playpen amongst other things so still get hormonal;)

* Cashminder joint and personal account information turned up. Set up internet banking so we're set.
* Changed direct debit details for gas/electricity, water and contacted TV Licence people
* Contacted HMRC to change bank details for child benefit so paid into new cashminder account
* Informed ex by email of new bank details for child support

Still to be done:

* Council Tax, Sky and Pipex - currently comes from H's account or is in his name, so he's changing DD details
* print off 3 copies of SOA - depends on when I get my hard drive back, but I can always email it to myself at work and do it there.

Am trying not to be so frenetic about everything cos it's not doing me any good. My lists have lists, which is daft :o:p This was definitely a down day for me - very emotional (blame TOTM for that :mad: ) and really needing this Bank Holiday to switch off for a day or so.

Glad to hear your feeling better ...real low day for me as well. Worryingly there seems to be more of late! I wish I had your drive & determination to get through this!

My OH gets OR interview Friday ( in Leeds!!!!!) I may know my options a little clearer by then...( ie am I left to pay all mtge & SL!!!! as well as my rent!!etc) very complicated ...I may have to post a new thread then for advice!!!

TOTM is a pain isn`t it?? next time I`m coming back as a man!!!!

Hope things go well for your OH on Friday, and that the outcome is good for you too. Whenever I feel like I have a handle on things, it seems to get more complicated. I think my brain is on the fritz

TOTM is messing me about - think my body is reacting to all the stress. At least I know I can't be pregnant! :rolleyes: Dunno about coming back as a man though - all those dangly parts :eek:

There should be an `Idiots Guide to Bankrupcy` ... trouble is no two situations are the same!!!

I know what you mean about `complicated then gets worse!` every day for me brings a new `what if` senario !!!!

Sure TOTM is affected by stress because since March I am all over the place!!! (guys won`t understand that but us ladies know!!)

Also Merry...yes you`re right about the `dangly bits`!! its after the watershed so OK to make comments like that!!:rotfl:

Do you know what...I`m going to start saving up for a lovely (cheap) week in a hot country!! I`ve not had a holiday abroad for 5 years ..got £2 in my pocket so thats a start!!
