I thought you said you'd sell yours and get something in someone else's name .. I just said DON'T DO IT
I do agree with Dalip though .. the last thing you want is the OR delving deeply into your finances .. you want to make it as straight forward and transparent as possible!:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

No idea never had a car,don't even drive:o .

Hee hee - my brain was going round in circles trying to think what you could have said!! Thank you for saving the little cells that are remaining! :rotfl:
You're right, I'm just panicking at the idea of them taking my car because without it I'm completely stuck. Slow down Merry, stop trying to sprint when a sensible jog will do!Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

I guess we're assuming the worst, since they are worth £1,300 and £2,000 respectively and I read that someone who's car was only worth £400 lost their car!
Either way, I want something that's cheaper to run - cutting cost everywhere I can! :beer:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

A lot depends on your OR and if you get across a good case for keeping it ie work. I think(but not certain) there were a couple on here a few wks ago that got to keep both cars as they were of no great value.Fingers crossed you get a good OR ,the majority are great, just every so often a stinker pops up.Good luck with that call in the morning, will be on here as soon as i get home from work to se how you got on. They have a streaker in the snooker:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

A streaker in snooker:rotfl: o'err. Hope the balls don't get all mixed up:rolleyes:
You can always make the OR an offer to buy the car back off him/her. Usually at a much lower price too.
Buy the time they've paid someone to take it away and been offered a low price at aution they're usually open to reasonable offers from you:rolleyes:The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
Trust me to miss the streaker!!!
Will check with H when he's calling - I only do mornings so may wait until I get home to make the call. Me, a chicken?? Never!!!

Will let H know - I think he might want to keep his car if he can cos he's had no real problems with it. Mine? Well not majorly attached and if I can get a little diesel that will run cheaper in the long run that works for me.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
