With regards to the Now mag subscription and body shop gifts, I rang last week, after waiting nearly a month and a half. The guy asked what free gift I was waiting for? I told him it was the Body Shop butters, to which he said 'I'll just go and check the stock'. He came back after a minute or so and said that there was plenty of stock and a new lot will be sent out. Sounds like they are a bit disorganised and that the free gifts are actually in a cupboard somewhere in their office. Keep ringing and moaning - after all the mag isn't up to much, so we should get something good for our subscription.

There isn't a freebie with this offer - you just get the three issues for £1. :)

Hi Jo thanks for that, without trawling back through the posts are you aware if there is any further commitment once you have had the 3 Issues for a £1.00 as i have looked at doing this before but want to make sure how i would stand about cancelling them

    Thanks again

As far as I know, there isn't any further commitment. This is a National Magazines Company offer and I've cancelled quite a few of their subs before without any probs. (Not personally had a Prima sub but I have had Prima Baby on the same 3 for £1 offer.)

If you are worried about it, you could always send the publishers an email along the lines of 'I am interested in taking out a subscription to Prima magazine using the 'First three issues for £1' offer. I am not familiar with the magazine, however, and am not sure whether I would wish to continue with the subscription after the offer period. Please can you confirm what the minimum subscription period is and whether I am committed to purchasing any further issues after the initial offer period.'

Just a suggestion if you want to put your mind at rest. :)
