Some Toerag has keyed/coined 2 door panels of my car.

I have tried T-Cut and Turtle colour repair, with not much joy.
Is there any goods products out there that i can repair these scratches.

Dont want to claim on my insurance.

If they have gone thru the laquer, then it's a paint shop.

although someone with skill (like me) could touch/flat it down an reduce it by 80%...

Install an alarm that will go off when said toerag does it again. Wait till alarm goes off, run outside with some of your plumber's wrenches, then show toerag your appreciation for his decorative work on your car by rearranging his face - and his plumbing too.

Only real answer for an excellent finish is chips away or similar, they are mobile and i have used them and so has my dad with perfect results.Only problem you have is ,its on 2 panels, so it will not be that cheap,Halfords do their own too but i don't know anyone who has used them.

Bear in mind that these firms are much cheaper than a body shop,i used the one in wigan,my father the one in St.helens.father paid £130,Body shop wanted £290 and the car for three days.

Id vouch for Chips away, they are brilliant, we have a brand new nissan pathfinder and went off roading in it, the towball took a big scratch out the back bumber, and fence scraped the front. They came out to work today, quoted £120 and all done same day. Have used them before and always dirt cheap for brilliant job.

Hi, if you fancy DIY (you need a very steady hand and some very, very fine paintbrushes) you could try www.paints4u.com I ordered their scratch repair kit in the colour specific to my make and model of car (not available on the high street) and I was very impressed with the little kit. Price isn't too bad but unfortunately I can't tell you about long term finish because my car died before I could finish it off! It's fiddly and takes time and patience but if your scratches are in a not-so-obvious place then it could be a solution. I wouldn't recommend it if you have no experience with fiddling about with bodywork or your car is new/prestige.
