Hi , Last August I ordered Virgin BB , after a few days decided to cancel. All was fine .
3 weeks later having been unable to find a decent BB provider I asked them to proceed with the origional order ( bad move I know )
I was told that I would be sent a text message to my mobile, when my anytime calls , were due to start. .., next thing I knew my line went live ( no text .. in fact no anything ). less than 12 hours later I received a bill for £65.00!!!! for telephone calls  . After many calls to customer services they admitied thier mistake, gave me my Mac code, and that was the end of the matter...................... OR SO I THOUGHT ..
On Sat ( 8 months later & not one single letter )I received a headed letter from them asking for £ 85.00, the letter said they had no valid payment method , and would suspend my account if I didnt pay
When I called to quiery it thinking it was a mistake, I was switched , to a debit collection agency ..who basicly told me if I dont pay then they will take me to court .
I didnt admit liability , and Im getting nowhere with Virgin , because the debit is over £ 60.00( they are refusing to deal with me )
I have no bills, from them , no correspaondence ......... AND im definatley NOT paying it .. bit of a coincidence that my BF is being persued by Virgin fo a bill he doesnt owe too
Any advice please
Thank you for reading

If you don't owe it go to court.
Tell the debt collection agency you don't owe and you'll see them in court.
I'd pop along to one of the many CABx and get advice from them, after all better to get advice from a centre like that than listen to what could be bad or wrong advice on the net. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
