Thank you for all the tips! We are hopefully moving to our first house in a few weeks and it needs lots of work so this is perfect timing.

    Hi there,

I bought £100 of these black tiles last week, what's the best way to get them at this sale price?

Take back and get a refund?

Is the 'sale' online? Can I get the stuff delivered?

Erm, funnily enough I did the same a couple of weeks ago

So yep, I'm gonna 're-buy' them on Friday, leave them in the car and then take the 'Friday' ones back on a different day with the receipt from the first lot and get a refund for the full price (IYSWIM?) Saves taking one lot back and buying another (cos they are bl00dy heavy aren't they?!!!)

Not illegal, but a bit naughty! :naughty::D

AFAIK the items can be delivered, but there are delivery charges if you spend under £400 - don't know what they are though - perhaps TDA10 will be on later with more details? The sale in instore only too. :)

ooh, would love to know how much the tiles are going to be as thats what we need to get, been meaning to go in the last few weeks and not got round to it. AFAIK the tiles can't be ordered on-line - not last time I checked anyway.

    Yeah, they are ridiculously heavy!

I got 8 packs and the car was nearly scraping on the floor!!

I wonder what they'd do if I returned them on the same day!?!
  • I'm watching this thread with much interest! No doubt more details will be posted as they become known! Fingers crossed for reduced garden stuff...sheds, fence panels, slabs and anything else that will transform my mud pit that is a back garden!

Have much love for this site, to quote someones avatar (don't know who!) "...my husband says this money saving is costing him a fortune!" Tis true!
November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post. :D
