I have been there later in the morning say 11am and found some items so you don't actually have to get there at 7am to get yourself a bargain thinking they will be gone by 8am.This was at the biggest store in the country(or so they say on the banner flying from the ceiling) at Beckton:)

are we talking 10-15% 0r 30-40%?

just bought a flat and needs doing up but i have very little money!

any suggestions of other places for me to buy would also e appreciated.

People this isn't a sale with loads of stuff it's a one day(or until the items go?) rush type thing where they have about 6 or 7 items reduced below half price normally.I have noticed alot of people arer getting confused and thinking it's a sale when it's not:)

You are right Dalkirst, from what i remember last time, its about 10-15 select items, the advert was one A4 size with these 10 offers, so is not really a sale. and some of the items sold VERY fast. I think last time there was a greenhouse and they only had about 10 in stock, so went to the people 1st on the queue.

TDA10 was just wondering if you knew if there are sheds going this friday and if so what size and price. any info would be great cos if they are the right price i need to get 2 kids (4months n 3 year old) up and fed an hour earlier to get to my local b&q for opening time in hope to get a shed.

Ok guys - chill out-it aint the 'Next' sale you know

It is a 'sale' of sorts though and quite good prices usually - perhaps better described as a clearance event and (a bit like the Hoxton! ) it's first come first served.

Like Dalkirst points out, if you get there later in the day there may still be SOME things left, but any really good items will probably have gone, so if you are in real need of one of the things then I'd advise that you go early to save disappointment. Some things have arrived in lorry loads, others are few and far between items that just need shifting to make room in the warehouse or on the shop floor.

gertybertyangel has listed all the items that are going to be sold (at silly low prices I expect!) and if she/he or I get any more info we'll be the first to let you know!

Prices haven't been released to staff yet (poss have been today, but I'm off until tomorrow morning) so again as soon as gerty gets the info from her mate, or if I know first we'll tell you.

I just wanted to say this so that the thread didn't get ridiculously long with folk asking what's in it/what's going to be in it/how much things are etc etc.
