letting out a studio flat; furnished or unfurnished? or how much furnishing?

Hi, any advice appreciated.
I'm buying a studio flat to rent out and am unsure whether to rent unfurnished or furnished, I am 90% decided on furnished.
So far there will be a bed, a sofa, 2 chairs, oven, dryer, washer, fridge, freezer, chests of drawers, wardrobes and a desk.....I suppose furniture really.
Do you need to provide stuff like bedding? kitchen items like plates, glasses, cutlery?
what is normal with studios?
the studio is a non city-centre one in the North-West if that makes any difference, thanks

You're joining the BTL market at the worst possible time.
You are about to loose more money than you have ever had in your entire life.
The days of houses "earning" more money than their owners are over. properties now loose money faster than you can earn it.
Pull out of the purchase while you still can.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

My studio has the following
Kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge. kettle, couple of odd plates, couple of mugs, set of 3 saucepans, cutlery, vacuum, iron, ironing board, toaster.
Living/Sleeping: Sofabed, folding table, typist chair, blanket box, modern 2-door sideboard
There is also a dressing room which has a built in double cupboard and a set of 3 drawers.
It also came with curtains.
No bedding, towels etc were provided, nor would most people expect them.
No cookware collection to speak of was provided, nor would most people really expect them
It was really the bare basics to be able to live/heat up food and make a drink.
What size is your studio? It must be twice the size of this one to fit all that in.0 -

He is just being wise and trying to save you a lot of money. I would call that very constructive.
*PS Don't studio flats tend to be the hardest thing to sell during a crash?:rolleyes::exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

actually i thought his four points were constructive. Just my opinion0
