We are lucky with what we have here too - sometimes we don't appreciate what is on our doorstep though.....maybe more "free" days out from home is what I need to do.......no tents needed then :p

  • Hey Hypno if no camping in your household ( I feel the same about camping) maybe some potential money could made from the sale of the tent?

I went camping as a teenager in one of those big family tents. Had a gorgeous little backpacker tent - dried it out on the balcony of the rented house I was sharing years ago, and it literally flew away in the breeze. Never bought a replacement, sob, and my camping days are over now by choice - I want a bit more luxury nowadays!

I'm off to bed as well - night all, hypno, have a good one.

The children use the tent if we go and stay with friends.....it is a big adventure for them still to camp in someone's garden.

So the tent stays for the time being. Bob - hijack away.....you know it is never a problem. And I dare not blame El, she may not listen to me nagging ever again (if indeed she does at the moment!!)

    xx
