We have had a nice day too, been to visit my mother in sunny Morecambe, walked by the prom and had a Chinese meal for tea...but i only ate half of mine, no appetite in this weather, although i suspect the scales will tell a different story:rolleyes:

well, my muscles DEFINITELY know I went for that run yesterday :o

Cadging a lift part way to work again, so another reasonable walk - I will get thin, I tell you :rotfl:

Moneywise, I am saving the bus fare from this morning which is good and I need to hold off on the lattes a bit more this week - I spent too much on coffee last week.

    Have a good Monday, everyone!

Sounds to me the office needs a latte machine (in the interests of staff productivity of course).
Have a good second week and I hope the muscles stop protesting soon-no pain , no gain so you're on the way !!

Morning duchy - problem is that I was having a latte or two instead of lunch - not good really, although they DO fill me up!

I need to eat properly.......talking of which, I will go and cook some breakfast!

    Good morning Hypno,

I'm trying to lose weight too at the moment. Do watch out for the Latte's it's not only the pocket they attack, it's the waistline too.

Hiya! Good for you, well done. Watch it with the lattes tho - as well as moneysaving and the waistline, you need to watch your nutrition to be running regularly.

    Have a great second week!

So that's a nutritious sandwich AND a latte for lunch then (gotta keep the calcium up)-I wouldn't worry tooo much about the waistline issue running will take care of that especially as you've quit chocolate.Too much denial leads to waaaaaaay too much temptation-maybe ONE latte a day ? :)
