Go girls! Lovely morning for it. Walk with the dogs is most I can manage. Am very impressed.

well I am back and hypno is off to where she is going. well we ran and we ran adn we ran (and walked a little too) but we both surprised ourselves at how long we kept going for without collapsing in a sweaty puddle. It was reeeeeally warm but we ran for 23mins something seconds and have planned the next run already!!!
Now back home doing myself a SW fry up! yay!Thanks for all the good wishes. we did discuss on route the potiential insanity of it all and decided we agree. we are batty!!!!!
