Ouch to lattes - I have a couple a day at work! Right - challenge this week - have a herbal tea instead - no caffeine, no calories and pretty much the only hot drink that contributes to your water intake!
Enjoy week two Hypno - and everyone else - enjoy your days. Talk later!0 -
Morning Hypno and anyone else hanging around here :hello:
Well done on the running you two. I can't run at all although something I would love to do. I am just upping my steps at the moment trying to hit the daily 10000 which in itself seems impossible to me lol........... and I wonder why I am overweight.
Had a fab weekend, weather was lovely and we took our little girl out to the woods and had a picnic, very MSE as before it would have been a theme park and some dodgy burger and chips.
Not much planned here today although the house is looking like a bomb site so guess I best do some housework.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

well, I have been good - put the money from the saved bus fare straight off the egg card (they will think I am daft transferring £1.10, but who cares!) and put the money I have NOT spent on lattes today in my savings to go towards paying off my loan early :j
Instead I bought a couple of bottles of sparkling water - good for the waistline and good for the pocket.
Someone else here is trying to reduce latte intake, so we have agreed that on Tuesdays and Thursdays when we have a morning meeting, we will have a latte to take in with us - the rest of the time it is Kenco.......Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I can relate El -- my meat eater OH is distinctly anti-veg! He's finally succumbed to Spinach Lasagne & Greek Spanokapita -- have a sneaking suspicion that if I didn't tell him it's veg, he'd eat just about anything as long as it felt substantial in his belly...4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!!
