We were with 18185 and there was a change in details. Details were changed and saved but now we can't phone out. There is no contact email and there is address (we tried at their registered office and this was returned "Gone Away". Don't ever deal with a company that you can't get hold offJust thought I would mention that I signed up with 18185 last night and just made my first 0845 call at half a penny a minute.
And a local call was 1p per minute.
And I'm with Talk Talk,so they haven't blocked the number.Yet!
