Daft question regarding ISA Transfer Form

I'm opening an ISA with the Scarborough B.S. in order to transfer money from an older ISA with First Direct. The transfer form requires a 'date of transfer' to be entered - does anyone know what this should be? I understand it takes a month or so for the transfer to be carried out, but I'm not sure what date I should put...

Any advice would be appreciated :-)

Tom, I'd think it's there in case you need to give notice or else lose interest. If the old account is instant access with no penalty then you could put today's date or ASAP.
