What size space and type of soil have you got?
Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.

just back to day from spending 2 weeks looking after my dad, after unexpected illness, he's OK now though:D
Still catching up on all the threads to read on here.

My poor garden, didn't have time to leave a key with anyone to get in and water it, so I have lost a fair bit. (Dads garden is looking good now though:rolleyes: )

The lawn looks a mess, weeds taken over my seed bed, lots of dead seedlings, plug size plants and bedding plants etc.
1 tomato plant still going and my sunflowers in pots with copper tape still there:D
I am working tomorrow so no chance to do anything then, off on Monday but due to wet weather does not look like my lawn will get mown till Thursday.
But the garden is soooo dry ( watered it a couple of hours ago but it needs a good soaking) so don't mind too much.
Will have to put my thinking cap on for quick growing things that I can sow now, I like the garden to be full to the brim in the Summer months.

Cant believe its June so soon! the older I get the faster the years go!

What sort of vegetables could I be planting now, at the end of May, that are fairly 'foolproof'?

I'm looking for something relatively easy for beginner and that won't require too much attention until they're ready for eating. :)

    Any advice / suggestions welcomed.

Hi read my first post, lots of ideas in the kitchen garden section,...in fact off to remind myself as I need to fill some gaps!
Peas are easy so are radishes
