Johanne -she is beautiful. What a quick labour for you, sounds scary in the end. How big was she? She looks quite big from her photo, such a pretty newborn, my DS had two black eyes! Enjoy her, spend hours looking at her and smelling her, it really does go too quick and rest when you can! Good luck to your OHLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

I'm in unless baby has other plans for me - last pregnancy was 38 weeks, and that could mean any time as of now.
We are quite pleased with our nice weekend - a nice balance between being productive and getting some much needed rest before the sleepless nights a newborn will bring.
I've been good today as well, and finally opened an ISA. I have been meaning to for absolutely years. Well now i have done it. I was spurred on because i got my annual interest statement from ING and i have realised i have money sat in there, that we will not be needing to spend, that might as well be getting the tax free interest in an ISA. I even looked at martin's article to make my decision and everything, go me! I am determined not to spend much this year, as i already know from last time we can pretty much manage of DH's wages when expenses drop, so i will try to fill both our ISA limits this year. Easier when i can do mine straight away. Feeling very chuffed with my light bulb moment.
embb huge congratulations to your DD on the job
johanne glad to hear you are home safely.
mudbath minimal flying or i will shout at you - you must rest your thumb properly or it may take even longer
holly good luck getting your Ds's foot sorted - hopefully he will burn off plenty of energy tomorrow.
mumoftwo nice to see you back - i find for motivation, i have to go with the do-it now principle. If i don't do it as soon as i think of it, then it will get put off, and then the next time it will either take longer, or annoy me that i left it winding me up for ages. works for me anyway.

Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Bargainbird – thank you for your well dones
Kazwookie, thank you for you commiserations on the weather
AnW’smum – enjoying the *proud mummy* moment with you - and well done on your lottery win.
Pigpen – and dare I say this - oh, alright, I'll dare - at the risk of being banned for life – is the reason you have eight children brought about by the fact you’re happy cleaning a knob?:rotfl:
Johanne, I’ve gone all gooey – what a lovely daughter you have. But, could you please explain what the ‘slashing me’ bit is – is it an episiotiomy thingy (spelling!) or a caesarean?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
