    Hi guys

    Welcome VA

    ((((((((hugs for lil_me)))))))

Polly noticed you've been a bit down this past week, hope you're feeling a tad better today, thinking of you x

Been mega busy after my crapolla day yesterday, AF arrived through the night and I feel tons better. Got a huge list on paper that I'm working through slowly but surely. Chook is cooked and ready for the tea, will be doing the veg shortly, washing is all done/folded/put away (wonders never cease) will do pack-ups after tea, the DW has been emptied and reloaded twice!

Ooooh and some good news, DD1 has managed to (kinda) bag herself a fantastic job at T-Mobile H.O. in Doxford Park, pay starting at £13,000 pa  you should see the benefits she gets too you could have knocked me down with a feather, she passed the phone interview and has to go to H.O on Thursday to be shown around etc etc amen. I'm so proud of her :T I just hope that it does mean she's got it, there's no way they'd waste her time and theirs if it wasn't so  I'm being positive anyway I've got everything crossed, which you do know means I'm actually typing with my nose! ;):D

embb hope she does definately have it, thats a good starting wage :T
(I work for Orange ;) I think ours is about the same)

If they're anything like us they'll also have tiered depts, so she can progress onto even better wages :j

(mind you, my current dept is better paid than my old one... but i hate it :( and want a new dept again!)

I'm in again. Didn't post much at the end of last week as I was really busy with my website work- still haven't caught up from being on holiday.
Made up for the lack of flying yesterday though - sorted out the kids room, took rubbish to the tip, freecycled some and put some in loft to be swapped with the toys left out. Hopefully that will stop them getting bored with the mountains of toys they have.

    List for next week:

    More website stuff
    Monthly newsletter for website
US tax return - due soon
    Sort out kids memory boxes
Start kids scrapbooks - brought the stuff months ago but still haven't started
    Usual cleaning
Look after friends 3 kids on Thursday - school closed for voting
    Buy SIL 50th birthday pressie
Get clothes to go to SIL 50th party

Busy week ahead. Good luck everyone.

Awwww thanks pigpen I will most definitely tell her, I'm buzzing just thinking about it, only downside no more half price pasties lmao :rotfl:

VA it sounds exactly the same, after a year it rises to £17,000 then up to £18,000 the year after that, but she's really got her sights on the Human Resources job which they didn't accept her for this time, that's £32, 000 a year  THINK BIG!!! that's our family saying so it must be rubbing off on her finally lol

Reet, veg prepped, gonna make a broo then stick the pan on and get it going.

    Ok from other thread...

Does Pigpen let her blood alcohol levels drop enough to get a hangover?

AnW'sMum, well done on the win, treat yourself and AnW, you guys deserve it.

JJ, well done on saving for the passports!

I have done today... uhm.... not very much, but I have an excuse! My internet was down and I was lost without Pigpens Fluffy Feather Duster of Bum-kicks!

Went to see my Mum and Dad. Dad wasn't in, he was moving Connie the horse to a new stables (actually her old one). Poor mare is skinny and has been locked in a stable for god knows how long, hence the move. She was 'out on laon', my Dad will never do that again she is a state, skinny depressed and very unfit. She is now in a big field with two boys and stuffing her skinny butt :D Boy horses wanted to play but Connie was like 'yeah right, naff off till i stuff my face, THEN I might play!'.

My Mum has the new wii fit, and OMG!!! I am so getting it!!!! My wii fit age is the same as my real age, 27, but it says I am obese... but on the plus side, it says I am 93kg! So I can bin those useless scales upstairs and buy the new wii fit and go woohoo I have totally lost 2kg in the past 2 weeks! :j

Spose I had better go do something before Pigoen sees me sitting here gabbing about horses....
