just been to physio....they took the strapping off and did laser treatment on it. i've not got a removable brace so i can do physio on my wrist. however, i'm only allowed to take it off when i'm sitting down and have to be very, very careful.

Ended up taking the car to school as I decided to go to the shop and get rubber gloves (no more excuses now) and take my car to the jet wash. Got the gloves but the jet wash wasn't wanting to play so got a refund.
I have about... 15 mins to go get changed (my new jeans are falling down) then have to go to DS2 biomechanics appointment which is 30mins motorway away. Good thing is its at the hospital not the clinic so I know where I am going.
:coffee: then? DS2 has a dirty bum, nice.0 -

That wasn't thunder that was me bellowing at 3 of the children.. 1 has been a !!!!!! at school and was sent ot another class ebcause she wouldn't behave.. another won't do as she is told and ds3 is being alrmingly special and my tolerance level is very thin today DD4 swinging on my curtains was the last straw.. they are all 3 going to bed with no dinner if they don't behave.
I however.. have just been singing in school.. lol.. One of the teachers had a new song book and asked if anyone knew how the tune actually went so she knew she was playing it properly.. so I sang it for her!! .. Heehee.. she asked if I would join the school choir.. erm.. no lol.. compliment though!!.. it was 'colours of day' for you nosey lot who won't be able to bear not knowing what it was!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
