Web & Walk Plus equivalents on other networks

Does anyone know if other networks offer an equivalent of T-mobile Web & Walk Plus, i.e.:
I'm quite happy with my current Flext + Web & Walk Plus deal, but my contract is coming up for renewal and want to see if other networks offer a viable alternative.
Thanks
- a normal phone contract (with some inclusive minutes/texts)
- you can use internet on the phone
- you can also connect mobile to a laptop and use phone as a modem for 'mobile broadband'

you arent even meant to do that with tmobile but there is no realway for the operators to know.
off the top of my head o2 do a 1gig data bolt on for £5 on top of a contract or free if you pay over £30 a month but their data service is woefull.
cheapest i have figured out is to get a 3 payg sim and top up £12a month i belive, buy a £5 data package and spend the remainder on calls.
i would personally sign up with tmobile if they had any decent phones but they dont and as all i really need a contract for is web occasionally i aint commiting to a 12/18 month contract and paying £30+ for at best a 1st gen N95, if they ever got a N82 they would have my money but it looks like i will be getting one from ebay and a payg sim.0 -

incorrect - web'n'walk plus (and max) explicitly permit this. it is just forbidden on the baseline web'n'walk (handset) option.off the top of my head o2 do a 1gig data bolt on for £5 on top of a contract or free if you pay over £30 a month but their data service is woefull.
nope - web max bolt on forbids use as modem and is £7.50/month.
only other afaik is Three let you bolt on mobile broadband on top of your voice plan as a monthly extra, but it's no cheaper than as a separate contract at £10/month (and in fact if you're a voice customer you can get it separately on a modem contract for half price, so £5/month - of course there would be an associated minimum term and possibly an up-front cost for the modem depending on the length...)0
