Virgin Landline in UK TO Virgin mobile in France

Hi,
Just a quick question if someone would be kind enough to answer.
My middle son is on a school trip (France).
We have a Virgin landline and son has a Virgin mobile.
How much per minute will it cost us to call him? Also, will it take any credit off his phone if we call him?
Many thanks for any replies - he has only been away 19 hours but I'm really missing him.

yes it will cost him to receive a call - you will pay the standard cost of calling his UK number, his credit will be charged for a call from the UK to France.The thanks button is here to the right.
